Refund Policy

Headless Oracle sells through Paddle, the merchant of record for every purchase. Paddle processes payments and refunds.

Subscriptions (API plans, Evidence Starter, Evidence): cancel any time from the link in your Paddle receipt. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. If you ask within 14 days of a charge, we refund that charge in full.

One-time services (conformance entry, re-grade, dispute package, evidence pilot): refundable in full before work starts. Once delivered, not refundable.

Credit packs: refundable within 14 days of purchase if unused.

To ask, write to mike@headlessoracle.com with the transaction ID from your Paddle receipt. Paddle's buyer terms also apply.
